Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 31 August 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at https://consorsventures.in(the “Site”) and the investment advisory services offered by Consors Ventures (“Consors Ventures”, “we”, “us” or “our”) (together, the “Services”).
By accessing the Site, contacting us, or engaging our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. Where you formally engage our advisory Services, the signed investment advisory agreement between you and us governs that engagement and prevails over these Terms to the extent of any conflict. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Services.
2. About Our Services
We provide personalised investment advice across equity, exchange- traded derivatives (options and futures), commodity and index segments. Advice is given only after your onboarding is complete — including KYC, risk profiling and a suitability assessment — and is tailored to the investment objectives, financial situation and risk tolerance recorded for you.
We act on a fee-only basis. In providing the Services we do not:
- execute, place or manage trades or transactions on your behalf;
- hold, receive or have custody or control of your funds, securities or trading-account credentials;
- provide portfolio-management, broking, distribution or execution services, or act as your agent with any broker or exchange;
- receive any commission, brokerage, referral fee or other consideration from any product manufacturer, distributor or third party in connection with our advice; or
- offer, promise or guarantee any assured or particular return, profit or outcome.
Each recommendation is our professional opinion for your consideration. The decision to act on it, and responsibility for that decision, rests with you.
3. Eligibility and Client Onboarding
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Before we provide advice, you must complete our client onboarding — including KYC verification, risk profiling and suitability assessment — and execute our investment advisory agreement. You are responsible for giving us accurate, current and complete information and for promptly informing us of any change in your financial circumstances, objectives or risk tolerance so that your risk profile can be updated.
4. Fees and Payment
Advisory fees, the fee mode (fixed fee or a percentage of assets under advice), the billing cycle and the scope of Services are set out in your investment advisory agreement and are charged within the limits prescribed by SEBI. Fees are payable only by you, for advice; we do not earn commissions or any other income from third parties in respect of our advice.
We do not charge performance-linked or profit-sharing fees. Refunds, where applicable, are handled in accordance with your agreement and applicable SEBI norms. Fees may be revised on prior written notice, with revised fees applying to subsequent billing periods only.
5. No Guarantee of Returns; Market Risk
Investment in securities market are subject to market risks. Read all the related documents carefully before investing.
Investments and trading in securities and commodities carry risk, including the possible loss of the principal amount invested. Past performance is not indicative of future results, and any figures, examples or illustrations we provide are for explanation only and are not a promise of performance. We do not and cannot assure any return, and no recommendation should be understood as a guarantee that it will be profitable.
6. Nature and Suitability of Advice
Advice is provided on the basis of the information available to us at the time and the risk profile recorded for you, and it is personal to you. It is not intended for, and must not be relied upon by, any other person. Recommendations can be time-sensitive and may cease to be appropriate as market conditions or your circumstances change; acting on stale advice, or after a delay, may materially affect outcomes. You remain responsible for your own decisions on whether, when and how much to invest or trade, including position sizing, leverage and risk management.
7. Your Responsibilities
You agree that you will:
- provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself, your financial situation and your objectives, and keep it updated;
- review our advice against your own circumstances and the risk profile recorded for you, and seek independent tax or legal advice where needed;
- make and own your investment and trading decisions, including capital allocation and risk management;
- read the investment advisory agreement, the risk disclosures and any other documents we provide; and
- keep your own trading accounts, devices and credentials secure and under your sole control.
8. Market Data and Third-Party Content
The Site may display live or delayed market data, price tickers, charts and other information sourced from third parties, or shown from fallback data when a source is unavailable. Such data and any third-party content are provided “as is” for general information only, may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and must not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision. We are not responsible for third-party data, tools, links or platforms that we do not control.

Our advisory Services are rendered with due skill, care and diligence and in accordance with the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013, the code of conduct thereunder, and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits the duties we owe you as your Investment Adviser.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to the duties we owe you under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013, Consors Ventures and its officers, employees and associates will not be liable for investment or trading losses resulting from your decisions, from market movements, or from third-party data or platforms, or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services will not exceed the advisory fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful default or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under SEBI regulations or applicable law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Consors Ventures and its officers, employees and associates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with your investment or trading decisions, your breach of these Terms or the advisory agreement, your provision of inaccurate information, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
14. Conflicts of Interest
We operate on a fee-only basis and do not receive commissions or any consideration from product manufacturers or distributors for our advice. We maintain arrangements to identify and manage conflicts of interest, and we will disclose to you any conflict that is relevant to the advice we give. Our personnel are bound by the code of conduct for investment advisers and by our internal policies on personal trading and confidentiality.
15. Communications Consent
By contacting us or submitting an enquiry through the Site, you consent to being contacted by Consors Ventures by phone call, WhatsApp and email in connection with your enquiry, your onboarding and the Services, including advice and alerts you have requested. You can ask us to stop sending promotional messages at any time; service and compliance-related communications will continue while you are a client. Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
16. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Site or the Services if you breach these Terms or the advisory agreement, if required by law or a regulator, or if we discontinue the Services. Termination of an advisory engagement is otherwise governed by your investment advisory agreement and applicable SEBI norms, including any provisions on notice and refund of pre-paid fees. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, grievance redressal and governing law — continue to apply after termination.
17. Grievance Redressal
If you have a complaint, please first write to us at consorsventures@gmail.com or call +91 98908 88071. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and endeavour to resolve it within 30 days.

You may also pursue resolution through the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) mechanism on the SMART ODR portal at smartodr.in.
Our services, rights and obligations are also described in the SEBI Investor Charter for Investment Advisers and in our periodic disclosure of investor complaints.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, technology or legal and regulatory requirements. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes will be highlighted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or the Services after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Services are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are also subject to the grievance-redressal and online dispute-resolution mechanisms prescribed by SEBI (see Section 17).
